Komaba Library has an agreement with the IDE (The Institute of Developing Economies) -JETRO Library in Chiba-shi. The following eligible users can visit and borrow materials of the IDE Library.

• Faculty staff and students from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences/College of Arts and Sciences
• Faculty staff and students whose home library is registered as the Komaba Library

1. Please fill out the registration form at the reference counter at the Komaba Library. Your Student/Staff ID is required.
2. Then visit the IDE Library, and apply to issue the library card with the application form of No.1 and your Student/Staff ID.

• Access to the materials
• Copying materials
• Loan conditions
  • Maximum number of items: 10 items
  • Loan period:
    • General Books: 30 days
    • Statistics: 14 days
• Renewal of the loan period
• Reservation

The library card will be valid through the end of the fiscal year (31st March).
