Permission to Publish Materials Held in Library Collections

Researchers, authors, and publishers requesting permission to reproduce, reprint, republish or exhibit materials held by the General Library should comply with defined conditions and procedures.
Please fill in the application forms (PDF) and send it to us with copy of materials you would like to use, your project proposal and return-mail envelope.
If the materials in question are protected by copyright, permission to publish must be sought from the owners of the rights. It is the responsibility of the requester to secure permission from the copyright holder.
Regardless of whether the General Library is the copyright holder, published materials from its collections should contain the following credit:
