1.Requires the stack materials for limited continuous periods or certain amount.
2.Those who are any of the following statuses
　(1)Graduate Students / Faculty of U Tokyo members who are registered to UTokyo Library System
　(2)Emeritus of the University of Tokyo
　(3)External researchers who are certified by a professor or associate professor of University of Tokyo

Fill out the application form and send it by e-mail or submit to the B1F counter at the General Library by three business days before the desired date of use (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and closed days).

• Up to 14 days
• 7 days waiting period is required to make next reservation.

From 9:00 to 30 minutes before closing hours.

• Receive the key and the materials that you have reserved from the staff.
• The first time to use the carrel, please come to the B1F counter between 9:00 and 5:00 on weekdays when the library is open to have an instructions.
