Long-term loan of Komaba Library materials during summer holidays

- Procedure period: July 23 (wed.) - August 21 (Thu.)
- Date due: September 5, 2025 (Fri.)
* The due date for the return of Komaba Library materials checked out or extended during the above procedure period will be uniformly September 5 (Fri.).
■ Long-term loan materials
- Books held at Komaba Library
* Journals are not applicable.
* Materials held at other libraries, including those received at Komaba Library, are not applicable.
Please check each library's website for information on long-term borrowing.
■ Eligible Users
- Under graduate students
- Graduate students
- Chief librarian authorized users
- Members of "Todai Komaba Tomo-no Kai"
＊ Faculty and staff are not eligible.
■ Notes
1. Extension Procedures
If you meet the following three points, you can extend the loan period up to twice.
- No other user has reserved the book.
- You do not have material that is overdue.
- You do not have overdue penalties.
* If you apply for an extension between July 23 and August 21, the due date will be September 5 (Fri.).
* If you apply for an extension before July 22 or after August 22, the due date will be two weeks after the date of application.
* The above applies only to Komaba Library materials. For materials held by other libraries, please check their websites.
2. Returning by Post
If you are unable to come to the library, you can also return the materials by post. Please bear the shipping costs.
You must contact us in advance by e-mail. We will reply to you with packing instructions, mailing address, etc.
* Only materials held at Komaba Library can be returned by post.
If you wish to return materials from other libraries by post, please contact the holding library.
