From 8 April (Wed.), users cannot enter the Komaba library until the day to be determined. For teachers of the University of Tokyo who need the books of the Komaba Library to preparing their lessons, the Komaba Library provides lending service during the stage "red A".

※It is not available for students, staff because this service is operated by limited number of staff.

Requirements

This service is limited to the materials of the Komaba Library needed for teachers to prepare  lessons.
※It is not available for teachers who wish to borrow  for purposes other than class preparation.

How to Apply

Please fill out the application form bellow.
The materials will be collected only on weekdays 10:30-12:00/13:00-14:30.

Collection Day and Time

• Materials in the Storage Stack Room
  • The following weekday 10:30-
• Other materials
  • The previous weekday 12:00 - the weekday 8:00 → the weekday 10:30-
  • The weekday 8:00-12:00 → the following weekday 10:30-

We will send you an e-mail when the materials are ready, so please come to the counter with your faculty ID within the above collection time.
You can return the materials to the book drop.
