Application for Interlibrary Loan near the End of the Academic Year
*This is a notice to UTokyo members whose home library is the Komaba Library and whose library registration expires on March 31, 2026.
Interlibrary loan and photocopy requests must be completed during the applicant's enrollment period. Therefore, requests submitted after the following deadlines may not be accepted.
Deadlines:
Borrowing books from outside the University: Monday, March 9, 2026
Photocopy delivery from outside the University: Monday, March 16, 2026
*If you plan to continue your enrollment next academic year, please let us know in the comments section of the application form.
*Loan period may be shorter than usual.
*Requests for items from overseas may not be accepted even before the above deadlines.
