Application for Interlibrary Loan during the Year-End and New Year's Holidays
※This is a notice to members of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences/College of Arts and Sciences, whose home library is Komaba Library.
Interlibrary services at many universities will be suspended during the year-end and New Year holidays. In addition, since the last opening day of the year for our library is Friday, 26 December, you will not be able to pick up your ordered photocopies or books from Saturday, 27 December to Sunday, 4 January.
Please refer to the following and apply well in advance.
Photocopy Delivery from Outside the University
Although there is no application deadline, photocopies may not arrive by Friday, 26 December, due to the processing status of the requesting library, postal conditions, etc.
Borrowing Books from Outside the University
Sunday, 7 December, is the deadline for applications before the end of the year.
Requests received after Monday, 8 December, will be processed on Monday, 5 January, or later.
