【7/11 (Fri.)】 Kashiwa Library Science Café #33:"The University of Tokyo Kashiwa-no-ha 100-Person Essay” — Reflections on the Journey So Far and Future Prospects
"The University of Tokyo Kashiwa-no-ha 100-Person Essay” (*) was held during the UTokyo Kashiwa Open Campus 2023 and 2024. Taking place in the exhibition space on the first floor of the Kashiwa Library, the project attracted considerable interest from many visitors.
For this event, we welcome four students from the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences — Maya Agana, Reign Banares, Tomohiro Ishikawa, and Otsuka Moe—who served as organizing committee members for the project. They will share insights about the background of the project, the preparation process, the event day, and the lessons learned through interactions with the visitors.
(*) “The University of Tokyo Kashiwa-no-ha 100-Person Essay” is a student-led initiative at the University of Tokyo Kashiwa Campus where researchers reflect on their own research themes from the perspective of research ethics and discuss the broader societal impacts of their work with visitors.
