• Monday to Friday => 8:30–22:30 (in August and March => 8:30–21:00)
• Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays => 9:00–19:00 (in August and March => 9:00–17:00)
• The oval table may be used for up to three hours. However, if no one reserves the table by 10 minutes before the end of the three-hour session, users may use the same table for more three hours.

• The number of users of the oval table should be at least three, and up to seven. The representative should be a current student or faculty member of the University of Tokyo.
• Provided that current students or faculty members of the University of Tokyo comprise the majority of the group, members of the general public may also work at the oval table together with current students or faculty members of the University of Tokyo.

On the day

• Please apply at the reception desk of the Library Plaza.
• The table may be used provided that the number of users is at least three, and no prior reservation has been made at the same time.

Pre-registration

• Reservation may be made from the 20th of the previous month.
• Please apply at the reception desk of the Library Plaza, or by telephone.

• A group may reserve once per a week.
• Note: If less than three users come to the Library Plaza, the reservation will be canceled.

• No eating.
• Beverages in a container with a screw cap are permitted.
• Photography is not allowed, but users may take photos of certain items in order to record their activity (e.g., the whiteboard). Please be careful not to take photos of other users.
• If the number of active members is less than three for a period of 20 minutes, the usage will be terminated.
