Project Boxes and Sound Proof Booths will be available from Nov. 1st (Mon.) on the 2F of the General Library (main bldg.).

  • Project Box (7 rooms in total.)
    Project Boxes are available for using by groups of two or more people (maximum six people) for study, research and educational activities. (e.g. group learning, discussions, book clubs, etc.)

  • Sound Proof Booth (4 rooms in total.)
    Sound Proof Booths available  for vocal learning, research and educational activities. (e.g. learning a language or participating in an online study group.)
    Individual use only.

Reservation is required for use. For more information on how to use and apply for this service, please visit the following website.
Applications will be accepted from around 5:00 p.m. on October 29.

 

Please note that the following measures will be taken for the time being as a countermeasure against infectious diseases.

  • Use of each room is limited to two hours per day.
    • In order to ensure adequate ventilation, there will be a certain amount of downtime after the end of use. 
  • Please be sure to disinfect your hands and tables with alcohol at the beginning and end of each use. Disinfection supplies are placed in the hallway.
    • Do not spray alcohol directly on the equipped PC. It may cause malfunction.
  • Please answer the questionnaire to confirm the CO2 monitor values at the end of use.
    The QR code to the questionnaire is posted in the room.
