Long-Term Loan During Summer Holidays For Graduate Students and Undergraduate Students

Procedure Period

July 24(Wed.) ～ August 22(Thu.) 2024

*Only Komaba Library materials are eligible for long-term loan.

Due Date

September 6(Fri.) 2024

Loan Extension

If you meet the following three points, you can extend the loan period for 2 weeks up to twice.

  1. No other user has reserved the book.
  2. You do not have material that is overdue.
  3. You do not have overdue penalties.

During the procedure period, you can also extend the due date of the books borrowed before this period until September 6.

Returning by Post

If you unable to visit the library to return the books, we can also accept returns by post.

  •  You have to contact us by email in advance and pay all postage.
  •  Return completed will be the date the books arrived at Komaba Library, excluding weekend and holiday.

  • Cheif librarian authorized users and Members of the "Todai Komaba Tomo-no Kai" can also use the above service.
  • General loan (30 days) will be given to Faculty Staff during this period.
