During the following regular exams period, non-members (alumni, former faculty and general users) are not allowed to use the reading rooms in order to secure study places for UT students. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Period: Janurary 5 (Mon.) - February 9 (Mon.)

• Reservation-based using services for special materials (including rare books and microforms ) may be used by reservation in the dedicated reading area as usual.
  We will not be accepting reservations from non-university members from 12:00 p.m. on Dec. 24th to 12:00 p.m. on Jan. 5th. In addition, non-university members will not be able to use the library from Jan. 5th to Jan. 7th.
• New issuance and renewal procedures for library pass are available.
