UTokyo Library system will be updated on Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2021.
As a result, some services will be suspended at the General Library as follows. We would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Period of partial service suspension:

• Aug. 7th (Sat) - 9th (Mon/ holiday), 2021
  • The service will resume around 10:00 am Aug.10th (Tue).
     

The suspended serviceｓ during the period in the General Library:

•  Check out: (No material is able to check out by both the check-out machine and the counter)
  • Please complete the check-out process by Aug. 6th (Fri).
    • Check out and receiving reserved materials at the counter: by 17:00 in Aug. 6th (Fri)
    • Check out by the check-out machine: Until the closing time in Aug. 6th (Fri)
• The automated storage　retrieval.
  • Please complete the procedure for issuing materials by 16:30 and receive the materials by 17:00 in Aug. 6th (Fri).

About returned materials:

• All the returned materials during the period will be processed on Aug. 10th (Tue) and onward.
  There will be no penalty applied for the returned materials during this period (from Aug. 7th to 9th)
