Regarding the parcel book delivery and mail photocopy service on the General Library materials

Considering impediment for research due to the prolonged closing period, the General Library starts to provide the limited service on book delivery and photocopy of the General Library materials by using parcel/postal service.

Under the circumstances, the service is operated by limited number of staff, hours, and materials. So the subjected applicants, materials and number of receptions are limited.

Also it may take some time to be delivered. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. For detail on this service, Please refer to the site below.

*The service starts 15th May (Friday) 9:00am

*The changes or termination of this service will be reconsidered based on the university activity restriction guidelines and application status. The further notice will be on the Website.

【Reception period】 

From May 15th, 2020 (Fri) to May 29th, 2020(Fri). (planned)

From 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays

*When the number of applications reach the maximum number we handle, the reception for the day will be closed before 17:00.

 

 【Service applies to:】 

U-Tokyo students who need the materials of the General Library to write a senior thesis or master thesis or doctoral dissertation.

*The service is not available for non-students (incl. retired faculty and users hold the general library original card, and students are NOT writing senior thesis or master thesis or doctoral dissertation).
