About User Registration

Please check the following if you are a member of the School of Science.
If you are not a member of the School of Science, please register at the library of your department.

  • Service hours: 9:00-16:30 weekdays only

 

● Students over 3rd Grade, Graduate Students and Research Students

  • Please register your contact address on UTAS (UTokyo Academic affairs System).
  • If UTAS is unavailable, please come to the service counter on the 3rd floor of Science Library. We would like to see your student ID card.
  • There are some students who have a student ID card and can log in to UTAS but need to register as a library user (e.g., special auditor). If you cannot pass through the library gate with your student ID card, please ask at the counter on the 3rd floor of Science Library.

 

● Faculty and Staff（have faculty ID card）

  • Please bring your faculty ID card to the service counter on the 3rd floor of Science Library.
    Those who have transferred to the School of Science from other departments are also required to register at Science Library.
  • If you get a new faculty ID card, you must also renew your library registration.

 

● Faculty and Staff（not have faculty ID card）

  • Please bring your employment certificate to the service counter on the 3rd floor of Science Library.
  • If your enrollment period is extended, you must also renew your library registration.
