Science Library Display : Neutrino research in Japan (Nov. 17 - Dec. 25, 2025)
The title of this exhibition is ‘Neutrino research in Japan: from Dr. Masatoshi Koshiba and Dr. Takaaki Kajita to the latest research’.
As the subtitle suggests, we will introduce selected materials from Science Library's collection, including books and research papers by Dr. Koshiba and Dr. Kajita—both graduates of Graduate School of Science, the University of Tokyo—who greatly advanced neutrino research and were awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in this field, as well as papers on the latest research.
The idea for this exhibition came from our interest in the naming of 'Kamiokande'.
We hope you enjoy it!
