The Mission of Asteroid Explorer “Hayabusa2” (November 18 - December 25, 2020)

The Hayabusa2 re-entry capsule returned to Earth on December 6, 2020. It delivered the samples collected from the asteroid Ryugu. Although we have been experiencing difficult times because of the pandemic, we were able to hear a good news at the end of the year 2020. The samples will be keys to understand the origins of both the solar system and life.
To celebrate the great news, the Science Library displayed some materials from our Science Library collections, focusing on the papers about “Hayabusa2”.
