The UTokyo Repository will be unavailable for viewing during the following period.
The UTokyo Repository currently suspend updating. It will be updated again after the renwal. Thank you for your understanding.

Renewal of UTokyo Repository

The UTokyo Repository will be renewed on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, in accordance with the system replacement of the JAIRO Cloud, the publication infrastructure.
The new UTokyo Repository will adopt the JPCOAR metadata schema, which is expected to promote international metadata distribution and improve the discoverability of contents.
We hope you will continue to make use of the UTokyo Repository.
Please note that the contents currently registered in the UTokyo Repository will be inherited and can be accessed after the renewal.
 

  • Major Changes due to Renewal
    1. Changes of URLs
      • Please note that the URL of the top page and the Permalink of each content will not be changed, but the other URLs will be changed.
      Top page It will not be changed. You will still be able to access the site using the same URL, https://repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/.However, the URL specific to the English top page ("https://repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/?lang=english") will be disabled. You will be able to switch the language displayed after accessing the page.
      URL of each index

      It will be changed. The URLs of the title pages and table of contents pages of bulletins and each publication will be changed. If you have a link or bookmark, you will need to modify it.

      Each "Permalink" will not be changed. The URL displayed in the address bar of the web browser will be changed.

    2. Changes of Page Layout and Design
      • Until now, the top page displayed explanations and announcements, and you had to go to the "Search" page to find contents. After the renewal, the "Search" page will become the top page, making it easier to find contents.
      • Please note that the design of each page (e.g. search results, each content) will also be changed.
    3. Partial Change of Metadata Labels
      • Some metadata labels will be changed due to the change in the metadata schema adopted.
