This database supports healthcare professionals in their practice. It includes "今日の疾患辞典" (dictionary of diseases) and "今日の問診票/診断辞典" (dictionary of medical questionnaire and diagnosis). "今日の問診票" is also available as an iPad application. Patients have the ability to answer their own questions and create drafts of documents for their medical records.
