This database is about the Hashimoto administrative reforms, centered on the Administrative Reform Council. (The document is owned by Tokiyasu Fujita (Professor Emeritus, Tohoku University), who was a member of the council and also served as the head of the subcommittee.)
The contents are included "Modern Historical Materials Database". This database is cross-searchable.
