Changing of Services Regarding the Komaba Library Response to the Novel Coronavirus Disease

The use of Komaba Library is stipulated in the "Usage Rules of Komaba Library of the University of Tokyo". However, as a response to the recent spread of the Novel Coronavirus infections, the library will implement temporary modifications to them as follows. These measures may be changed depending on how the situation goes and the measures of the government, the university, the College of Arts and Sciences, etc. to the situation. In particular, under the circumstances of the Komaba Campus, which is the location of this library (e.g. facilities for education, extracurricular activities and welfare etc., and the number of undergraduate students in junior division), we will give priority to the judgment of the College of Arts and Sciences. Any changes will be announced on our web site, Twitter account or notices in the library.

The library will fulfill its mission of supporting research, education and learning, with due care being taken not to impair the health of all library users and the staff. We understand that these responses may cause inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
