"The NDL Digitized Contents Transmission Service for Libraries" at General Library needs reservation to use while University Activity Restrictions is Level Quasi 1.

• Eligible U-Tokyo Member:
  • Affiliates of General library and University Museum.
  • The other U-Tokyo members whose department libraries are suspending the service for "The NDL Digitized Contents Transmission Service for Libraries" while University Activity Restrictions is Level Quasi 1.

　　*This service is not available for non-member (incl. retired faculty and users hold the general library original card).

• How to use:
  • Hours: from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays (closed from 12:00 to 13:00)
  • Print out:
    Ask an order form to staff by 16:30 if you need to print the contents. For a large amount, it may takes few days to process.
    • Cost per sheet : monochrome 20yen / color 60yen
    • The NDL prohibits users from connecting external storage to viewing terminals, photographing the display screen, making screen shots or copying digital files to external storage devices.
    • Available in accordance with copyright law.

• How to apply:

Please fill the "Application form for Using the NDL Digitized Contents Transmission Service for Libraries" at least two week days in advance of the date you wish to use this service.
