Updating Your Registration Information

When there are any changes to your e-mail address, home address, or phone number, please go through the following procedures.

Faculty Staff

  • Please go through the updating procedures at the counter (9:00 - 17:00 on weekdays).
  • Changes to e-mail addresses can be updated from "Change E-mail Address" on MyOPAC.

Students

  • Please update your information with UTAS.

  • There are some parts about using UTAS that differs depending on the faculty/graduate school. For details, please contact the section in charge of the academic affairs of the faculty/graduate school that you belong to.

  • When you cannot use UTAS, please go through the procedures at the counter (9:00 - 17:00 on weekdays).
